Compliance Process
FIRST FRIENDLY REMINDER
Initial lot inspection. If your property is not in compliance, you will be mailed a friendly reminder letter. If you need additional time, please email Breeze Home.
SECOND LETTER
After the correction period lapses, the second lot inspection will be conducted.
If your compliance has not been corrected, a second letter will be mailed.
FINAL LETTER
After the correction period lapses, the third lot inspection will be conducted. If the compliance has not been corrected, a final letter will be mailed.
ATTORNEY
After the correction period lapses, the fourth lot inspection will be conducted. If the compliance has not been corrected it will be sent to the attorney to proceed with next steps.
