It’s important to properly submit ARC requests to ensure timely review and approval. In addition, it's important to understand that before your project can start, you need approvals from both the Mirada Master (ARB) and the Mirada Villas (ARC). Under no circumstances, can a project proceed without both approvals.
It is highly recommended to review both the Master Mirada Design Guidelines and the Mirada Villas Architectural Guidelines to make sure that your designs and plans meet the requirements. The Mirada Villas Guidelines supersede the Master Guideline in the event of a difference.
Mirada Master (ARB)
- Go to the Mirada section of the Breeze Home Website and access the ARB – Home Improvement Requests link. Follow the instructions to submit your request.
- Make sure to process the $30 payment required by Mirada Master for processing the ARB request.
Mirada Villas Sub HOA (ARC)
- Once you have received your Mirada Master (ARB) approval, you should review the Create your ARC Request for the Mirada Villas.
- Make sure all required documents are uploaded with your application.
- Make sure a copy of your Master Mirada ARB approval is included as well.
- Once your submission is received, you should receive an email confirmation.
The Mirada Villas ARC committee and/or Board of Directors will review and conditionally approve requests. In the event, that adjustments are necessary to your request, the ARC committee will provide guidance. All final approvals will come from the board of directors.
